Through the glass? Really??

If you've been in the hobby for any length of time, you've heard the stories of aquatic pets going through the glass of their home somehow. It could be the Pistol Shrimp banging its way out, or the Tiger Shovelnose Cat slamming into the end of its aquarium and going right through.

I want to know, FIRST HAND ONLY; have you ever seen this happen or come upon irrefutable evidence that it did?

I've heard a mantis shrimp smack acrylic hard enough so it sounds like it could crack glass. You can feel it pretty terrifyingly.

Nope, But I did watch a customer kick in a tank once...

2ft dovii bit bigger, was a beast grew up in a 4x2 to 2ft+ then put him in a 6x2 and the extra run space allowed him to put a nice big crack in the glass killing the female, some how he was still alive the next day so he went into a tank with my sev, laid down for 3-4 days then him and the sev where swimming around, he started to get swim bladder then 2 weeks later he passed away =( was very sad , I am yet to see another dovii as big as him width and length wise apart for the ones raised in massive tanks.

I've had goldfish jump out of the the tank. When I was younger, I bought like 20 small goldfish from Walmart and put them in a 10g. Some days I would noticed there were fewer of them. And found them somewhere on the floor.

Had a curious oscar literally rip the silicone sealant outta the corner of his tank... It got a big leak... But that tank was a used tank in bad condition...
