transfer of parasites thats what, that is bad for both parties of this not to mention physical harm and competition for territory, food, and hiding spots

and please don't tell me its a wild caught anole and if it is just let it go, it will be fine if their native
 
i just let it go, it was only for the night he wasnt doing well when i found him but he warmed up and i let him go
 
Take the moss out.

Whites are ambush eaters. And that type of moss is great for getting them impacted. Try some real spaghmun moss or just the eco earth with leaf litter.

He still needs some plants. Lots of plants to feel safe/ secure instead of exposed all the time.

All pothos ( golden, marbled, etc) are fine. He is not going to eat them.

Ok let me rephrase that. Whites are agressive eaters. They do not delicately pick the crickets up. They lung and catch the crickets and also anything remotely close to the cricket.

Just offering advice for the safety of your frog. Take it for what it is worth. I have not had any problems with mine in the 5-6 years I have been keeping them.
Moss is not good for them, well that type of moss anyways.

first i AM using spagnum moss and yes i am still waiting for a time to go get some pothos and bromiliads
 
:D just fixed his cage (the front panel was not opening because the latch was broken) also whoever told me to use sphagnum moss i was:ROFL:
