I have a 150 gallon tank. 1 different forum says I can get a retic ray and it probably won't outgrow it, the other says no. Can I get a retic or not? any opinions apreciated. I've been fascinated by sharks and rays ever since I was 5, and it would be awsome to have my own.

So what, they get say... 16"ish? They going to be happy in the tank? It should look obvious
Need some info on the tank dimensions, the footprint is what is important.

I don't know, I think a 2 by 4 ft bottom is good for a 16 inch ray; they can turn and move around and i think they only get 12 in. diameter...then again, i'm not an expert.

I would say that would be bare minimum, but it's better than a 6ft 120.

Go for it. You'll have to be on top of maintenance 100% though.

Ok. I'm always up for a challenge, and this would definately help me make my way towards eventually keeping a requim shark. How often would I have to do water changes? 25% twice weekly?
