Ok great give the Tiger Barbs more time to adjust but please get a test kit. I've read of people using well water and sometimes have issues with the well water.

Guys pls help I just shifted my barbs to other tank and now they r gasping near surface and goes down as I come close the have not eaten from 2 days I have added 2 new barbs also it isn’t less oxygen as it is a planted tank and I have changed water before 2 days

Plants consume oxygen at night when the lights are off. It takes well established plants time to increase the oxygen levels once the light above it is on.

Add any airpump with an airstone, and let it run at night.

Plant were planted 2 days ago same day I set up the tank
I used mature water
No bro I do not use any fetes or co2 cause the plants are anarchis
Since the bacteria that consume the ammonia and nitrites actually live on surface of things in the aquarium, the media in the filter, rocks and decor in the aquarium, using water from an established tank doesn’t move the bacteria to the new tank.

If the aquarium has only been setup for two days it’s not cycled yet.

Should I put my old tank filter pad waste ?

If you have some filter pads from an established system you could add them, it may help jumpstart the tank.
Without testing it’s hard to tell where your tank will be throughout this process.
