i have a 177 gallon tank... i guess it should be enough for a while. can u guys tell me a bit about it... if its aggresive, wat it eats... cuz im getting it in a couple of hours.

Depending on the dimensions it should last at least a few months.

They are aggressive because once grown they can swallow most other fish.

Eats, nearly anything. BUT make sure to keep it constantly changing to keep the fish healthy. Don't feed it the same thing all the time.

I've had mine for about 2 months and he has grown about 2-3" since I got him...And he's getting fat too..

Yes with proper water changes, tank size, parameters, and feeding they grow that fast.

Here is a quote from a recent thread where Necrocanis quoted his TSNs size.

"He's 27" and 1 year 6 months old. Got him at 2" last year."

But his tsn is probably pseudoplatystoma tigrinum,the larger growing species,I believe and not pseudoplatystoma fasciatum, although both are similar in appearance it is very easy to mistake each.
