Hi I have a 4 inch Tiger Oscar that I've had for a few months now and his fins have a thin white coloring before becoming all raggedy. He still eats great and everything else, I had him in a QT for a week or so no improvement really and he doesnt eat as much in that tank. So hes back in the big tank but hes the only oscar with their fin line like a mountain top not a straight clear outline. Does this sound like fin rot?

Yeah, he will survive no doubt. But might have to live with ripped up fins like that the rest of his life. But hey, it looks kind of cool and unique!
Most common cause of fin rot is water quality. Increase you water management efforts be that water changes, vacuming, or increasing filtration. In the first picture it looks like the fish has hole-in-the-head (HITH) as well. Oscars are very "dirty" fish meaning they poop and pollute their waters a lot. You have the responsibility to manage the waters of oscars more intensively. Good luck. IMO it will improve a lot if you start doing 50% water changes twice a week, vacuum a lot and really research that you have more than adequate filtration.
Iv brought home oscars with pretty bad fins and cleaned them up with
Freshwater salt,1 tablespoon per 5 gallons,also iv taken beaten fish and put them in my planted tank and also cleaned them up,chances are he's been in some pretty bad water

the third pic says a lot. how many oscars do you have? it's always better to have four or more with lot's of space, else they will fight. i have a oscar that killed nearly five other oscars before i got the idea and transferred it to a big pool. now i have 8 oscars of different size with no fighting. the sore above gills is the most likely place a fish will be bitten when it's attacked by other fish. i have no idea about the fin rot[?] problem.
Yeah I believe its the water quality, I've been getting busy at work the past two weeks so I havent done as many water changes. The tank is a 140 gallon with 3 other oscars and a sun fish whom I believe caused that circular damage in the 3rd pic of the tiger albino. He doesnt seem to be getting worse ill keep up the water changes and probably start to prepare some bigger/stronger filters.
I was thinking about adding some plants in a sump filter and maybe 1 or 2 powerhead filters with K1 moving media also.
