Tiger Oscar Feeding Issue...

my 5 year old oscar wont eat if there is someone he doesn't know over at my house...

i wouldn't worry too much.

I would give any new fish (Especially and adult oscar) a week sometimes more to be comfortable enough to eat.
Oscars are known for sulking. Especially grown adults that are set in their ways.

Just offer him some pellets each day, if he doesn't go for them, scoop the pellets back out with your net and try again the next day

yeah my 2 ocsars stopped eating for a week once and i was having an algae problem but i got rid of the algae and did everything i could and eventually they ate some live food and then they were back to normal.
