i would def. do more waterchanges if i were you. I myself do once a week 50% in my predator tank.
Also a tip is to put the heater above the ground onto the glass. Its bad for the heater and a broken heater can be dead fish if you dont notice it early enough.
Adding some branches might reduce agression of the bala sharks since they dont see eachother non-stop. Beautifull bichir btw.
