Your bass should be fine and rather active at that temp. Try not going to far above 80 though. I think 75-80 would be fine for your largemouth bass and oscar.
 
My oscar doesnt seem to want to eat, hes not intersted in the floating pellets at all and the sinking ones he swallows the spits them back out, but they in tiny pieces.
Are the pellets to small? the oscar is about 15 cm and the pellets are tiny!

It might be to cold and he doesnt feel like eating. whats the temp right now ( F ).
 
IVe never had a problem keeping an oscar in an unheated tank.
