They're a TSN hybrid and they were not bred naturally. Usually, mixing species is accomplished via injections of Oviprim and manually mixing the roe and milt with a feather.

Isn't there also a super rare RTC x achara?

Yea I think I have heard of them, the tsnxachara is slightly more common though.
