Not so true, I found 2 before from this site and hopefully 2 more very soon. I've tried asking the vendors such as Fugupuff and others. Just gotta wait it out.

True. But I thought that they were extremely hard to find

They're the hard to get. I have a local distributor that get them once a year. I even offered him a deposit to pre-order and he won't aceept it. I think Fugupuff is currenlty out of Tiger. Let me know if he has any.
