seperate them if possible the pleco has developed a taste for the slime coat of your TSN TSNs do regenerate there slime coats quickly but a large pleco like that could peal the skin off of your TSN plus it will stress your TSN to have to grow its slime coat back all the time and have to avoid the pleco plus with out a slime coat there suseptible to dieases and infection
 
It looks like Pterygoplichthys pardalis to me. Still common pleco. Need to separate it unless you can attempt veggies that may divert its attention from the slime coat sucking.
