Tiger Snakehead plus Pignose Turtle?

Both of my males fight any other FRT. One of my females ripped the lower jaw off of another female and I had to put the maimed one down. All of my FRTs chase down fish and bite them. Back when I thought my FRTs were OK with fish (before they were 2 years old) I found out the hard way that their habits change. A male killed an AUL by biting its back clear through the spine. My smallest female took some dorsal fins and the top of the caudal fin and peduncle from one of my polys. Since then, all the turtles have been in solitary confinement.

Check out from the new threads on the Snakehead Forum, you will see The Legendary Tiger Snakehad is the Giant Snakehead a.k.a Channa Micropeltes. It originates from one of their native countries, Malaysia. They are called the Toman Harimau, Toman means Snakehead and Harimau means Tiger due to the tiger like stripes that develop upon them.

I know I am still skeptical about keeping the two girls together but they havent had a prob yet the ones flipper is almost completely healed from the pacu bite. The fish in with my big boy are small too so he might not consider them as a food source there are 22 hifin white skirt tetras 6 mollies 3 swordtails and like 6 guppies havent lost one yet

i'd advise against getting a pignose for those snakeheads.. you'll probably loose the pignose sooner or later.. also you would need a big tank for even the snakehead alone, adding a turtle that can produce a lot of waste would mean you need to get an even bigger tank..
