No there are Fresh Water Barracudas.
Acefaultas or something like that. Just do a Engine Search. There are about 4 or 5 different types I think. Basically sardines with chops

I'm not from there, but based on some documentaries I've seen, FL does have an "invasive species" epidemic. Being tropical, it's suited perfectly for any Amazonian, African and Asian breeds.

So I'd guess anything not native wouldn't be allowed in, or under very very strict regulations.

Hmmm, but do different states have different rules on import? I'd guess then some people might buy it out of state and bring it to FL?

LOL... and just after I said that, History Channel aired a docu on Piranhas found in Tennessee (I think). Though it was pretty hyped up...

They could for probably half the year. Would definitely be LONG dead at this point in the winter, even if they went deep.

Asian Tigerfish (Elopicthys Bambusa) for sale- I've saw this fish the day it arrived about a month ago, still there. 4" healthy and outgoing. Too pricey and way too large adult size for my taste.
