Look like a retic variant.. lots of different patterns, but the long tail is the sign..
Not a tiger, if it is.. a very strange one with a fairly dark pattern for being.. 6-7"? They usually have little to no color at that size, atleast until they are in captivity for a while.
What is the asking price for them? That helps alot.. exporters know their tiger rays (which come from Peru, retics don't.), and they wouldnt sell them cheap.
