Hard to tell if SB or just obese.. I almost lean towards SB because I don't know if he could be that thick from just obesity..

It's my fish of about 2 years or so, I forget. It's lives in a 150 w/ one other fish and fed as much shrimp as it could eat daily with water changes weekly so no stunting on my part. Here's a pic when it was a baby... awe how cute!
