Try throwing a small hand full at a time most chichilds are greedy they try too fill their mouths and when the go to bite Down a lot will fall out . Keep me updated and be careful not to over feed

I stopped hanging the fish dipped in garlic juice today and just dropped it in the tank and after a few mins my tig took it. Dropped a second fillet which wasnt dipped in garlic juice and he took it also. I guess hes nit as choosy as before. Thank you to everyone who helped with my question wgich without your help i wouldnt have known what to do with my tig :)

Will try to get a decent picture of him in the next few days. I want a side shot but he never lets me take a side shot. he either faces me or turns around and shows me his tail lol

an update and some pics =) tried giving him a piece of fillet in the morning to see if he would eat it even if it wasnt dark and he did! im very glad that hes also beginning to feed in the morning as that is the time when i feed my monster comm and that is where he will be transferred eventually.

here are some pics of him in his 100gal quarantine/training tank. sorry for the crappy pics. these are the best i could come up with.

Decided i dint want to feed live so i drop slices of fish every night on lights off. He hasnt touched the fillets since. Just wondering how long he can go without food. It seems he has not lost weight or anything but am worried about him. Thanks in advance.

They can take a few weeks to start feeding

The trick is don't leave food to long in the tank to mess up the water
