i've kept my with dats, silver arrowana, bichers. they are pretty peaceful with others that cant fit into its mouth and make sure you dont get 2 tig together, they will fight, spread aggression with 3 or more.

As for me, i kept with an asian red, 3 x Dats and 02 x rays.......

aro,dats,geos is what i have with mine.
i did have an aro kill a tig before but more my fault than the aro

I did peacfull fish big enough to not get eaten and not to big to pick on or eat the tigrinis.

I had chocolate cichlid's (temporalis), severums, Jurupari, prochilodus and uaru with one in one tank.

I did a slightly more agressive group with another one, including a silver arowanna, polypterus Ornatapinnis & Delhezi, Tiger Datnoid, sleeper goby and red hooks.

These all worked out well for me, no picking on (or eating) each other. My Tigrinis were kind-of wimpy.

I tried, endis, aros ( black and silver ), Geos of various kinds, Datnoids, severums ,stingrays ( smaller or same size ), and juruense.

mine is with an endlicheri, cichla temensis, adonis pl3co, & vieja regani although they are still juvies (about 6-11")
