the goddam fish can and Will out grow the biggest of tanks in time along with most other catfish that people buy like Red Tails, and so on. As I said for "me", they just get a little to big. I do have a Monster tank 570 Gallons a TEN FOOT long tank, so don't even start.

max size is around 24-28" in captivity. no where near a rtc.

ya I have been in contact with my LFS this past week trying to find a good looking catfish that don't get crazy huge, this is one of them that I was told can get up to 1.5 meter. So my freaking bad, But at least you seem to know what your talking about, thankyou Even though you called me screwy and kinda pissed me off, I was wrong.
