Tigrinus pics

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Why do a lot of tigrinus die between 17" - 24" ?

I would say if you get them past 12" they are very hardy

Mine is over 8 years old I got him at 10" 7 years ago

They are not very active unless it's food time

They know they look great and just sit there looking cool

Mine is over 24" the stripes seam to get closer and tighter with age

Definitely a fish on my wish list.

Sent from Samsung Note 2

I have been trying to sell it for ages but no takers

I think when they get to that size it's very hard to sell as they need a 8x4 min

Nice tig T1 I got a 12" tig, at what size do they finish stripping? I just hope all bands are full.

OK Tig people: I have never heard of anyone keeping more than one in a tank. I have only seen it with babies. Is anyone aware of it happening? How did they get along? I think a large tank with 3 or 4 would be an amazing site!

Here is mine TK, I bought him when the little ones were around this year.He was 9 inches when i measured him a couple weeks ago when i put him in his new tank. He got spoiled as a baby with nightcrawlers for my baby rays but he is finally taking krill.
