tigrinus streamer/antenna question.

Hi peeps,
One of the streamer/antenna of my tig is broken... Is it ok to cut those? Are they going to grow back?

they will grow back, my jurenese ( when i had him ) his streamers almost came off and ended up being kinked, and they ended up falling off and growing back to an amazing length.
