LOL. none of my fish seem to like softshell crabs....
here is haddock, sword, tuna, salmon, bluefish. my african knife school goes crazy for bluefish. perhaps they like the oily texture?
i get fish vacuumed sealed and i freeze it off. its the first time the fish has ever been frozen since handling it...for the company i work for does not sell frozen fish...
but after the 3rd day...seafood must be discarded...so i take it for my fish. (its still fine to eat at that point but company policy)
