Bought fresh tilapia last week from SAMs club. Just finished off the bag of frozen tilapia that my buddy have me. So I just opened the tilapia that I purchase last week. It's been in the freezer but when I opened it up it smelled horrible. Is this ok to give to my fish? I don't want to give them this if it will hurt them, thanks!
