tile floors for 375g

if the bottom part of the tile is high grade concrete or the base of the house then I would say it can. My 180 gal tank is on my wooden floor and I don't see any problem.Concrete or wood sub-floor?
Does your stand have a large flat base to distribute the load?
If there is an uneven tile or large air pocket under a tile it could crack, but most depends on the sub-floor.
