Concrete or wood sub-floor?

Does your stand have a large flat base to distribute the load?

If there is an uneven tile or large air pocket under a tile it could crack, but most depends on the sub-floor.

and after I stood up for you...

what can I say, other than the smilie things aren't working right now. it's the 'I agree' guy...I have some very audiable hollow tiles (and two that have broken as a result) from a tile job installed by someone that I don't want to mention right now... now where is that embarrased smilie thingy...
