tile floors for 375g

We used the cheap kind of thin-set on our tiles and some of them have "popped up". They are still there in the floor grouted in but they have a hollow sound when you walk on them with hard heals or if you tap on them. I think some may have air bubbles under them when we tried to rush the job. I have replaced some in the past and there was nothing supporting part of the tile.

Why dont you get half inch plywood, and make 1 foot bye 1 foot squares and put them under each foot to distribute the weight. They should work fine.
 
It all depends on what's underneath, and how good of a job was done in laying the tiles. Personally, since it's a large tank I would take the time to remove the tiles, setup the tank on the floor itself, then re-tile up to the stand sides. Nice, clean, safe.

You won't want to move that 375g once it's setup because of stupid tiles breaking...
