I just noticed when i turned off all my filters that my tank stand isn't 100% even.
i guess my DIY tank stand is tilting to the left since the waterline is like a mm off one side.

will the tank and stand be o.k.?

Are u sure its the stand not the flooring? was it like that before u use that tank?

shims. That will level it out. How off is it?

like a 3mm+.

no it was fine when i had the tank on the floor.

how can i level the stand?
it's already glued together.

and where am i gonna put the foam?

Level the entire thing by using cheap wooden shims. Most commonly used for shimming/aligning dor frames upon installation.
You can find them at hardware/home supply stores in bundles for cheap.
Once the thing is level, just break off the excess.

I thought I covered that.. Shims..

You say it is out of level by 3mm is this from front to back or from side to side. This is a 40g breeder (36" x 18") correct?

Well either way it is fine 3mm is less then 1/8 of an inch. An 1/8 over 18" is no big deal, you need to do nothing with it. Heck your tank trim could be off that much, have you checked with a level?
