It is that time again
The first picture was taken on 6-1-06 and the last was just now My little babies are getting so big I am a proud father ;)

There they are I am very pleased with the last picture maybe there is hope for my picture taking after all
 
Looking good.

You should replace your lightbulbs with some reptile UVB bulbs found at a pet shop. I theorize this is the reason for tank raised cichla to become dull colored.
 
I actually have 2 different lights on the tank 1 regular fluorescent and then 1 JbJ dual 10k bulb power compact left over from my coral setup. Plus the tank Is in direct sunlight all day LOL which is a pain in my But for algae good thing I still have a leftover mag-float from that coral setup:)

Saltwater was good for something after all :D

They are Cichla Monoculus.
 
They where 2 to 3 inches on 6-1 now they are pushing 8 inches. I still think the biggest is an Ocel he looks way different than the 2 monos But a few more inches should tell for sure :)
 
they grew 5" in less than 3 months??!! Holy crap that's fast.
