I've had oscars for years and picked up my first Red Devils last November. Since then I've been a huge fan. I even bought back a creamsicle midevil I traded a few months back. I now have 2 tanks 1 with 3 F1 Red Devils and the other with 1 midevil. I couldn't be happier. Red devil over Oscar for me

I created this thread to help me to make a decision on if I was gonna keep my RD or trade her for a pair of oscars. I have decided to keep my RD. She is starting to show some signs of a possible change in color and I am excited to see how she looks as an adult. I threw a few tankmates from my other tank in with her and I am watching them very closely. Since adding the tankmates she has started to come out of her shell. I am prepared to move the tankmates when the time comes. Maybe I will have a chance to own a couple of Oscars in the future. Thank you all for voting!

Red devils are more aggressive, oscars will try to bully but in the end get their assss kicked. Oscars will win the eating and shiittting contest hands down!
