I would highly recommend you go with those since they are smaller. With them being younger they will have a greater chance of calming down. Thats what I did with mine.

Good luck, tell her its a long term investment if you get a pair. The doors on exportation from asia are going to be limited in the future, because of economical reasons as well as conservation. Seeing these monitors in the now may be one of the few times in the next coming years.
