Tinfoil Barbs and tank size

Great. That looks like a fine new home for them. Let's be optimistic that they didn't suffer anything permanent and will grow some more.

So here's an update, the barbs are loving their new home and tank mates, they don't look like the have grown at all, but their colors have gotten more vibrant since the move.

At 16 yo, I don't think you should expect much more growth, improved colors generally indicate well kept fish, so great news!

WOW they are small.....Looks like my old tinfoils at only a few months or so old.

I have three gold tinfoil barbs in a 180,and they are still growing.

Wow only 6 inches in 16 years!....I got mine at 1.5 inches 3 months ago and they are 5 inches now

Mine are just a couple of months old and they are getting huge.
