Tiny Brown Bugs

I have them in at least 2 of my tanks. They look like dust but jump like fleas. I call them water fleas but I know that isn't right. I am not in anyway worried about them. It takes a lot of organisms to make a healthy ecosystem. Fish and water alone won't do it.
They aren't bothering me and I have to look really close to even know they are there.... let them be. Just imagine how many other small creepy crawling things you have in your tank that you can't see!!

kdrun76 got it right , there name is water fleas , they sometimes come in on plants and sometimes just in water from new fish , overfeeding will help them multiply . there harmless to your fish . strong copper will kill them , but you dont want strong copper in your tank and coppersafe wont do it . they hate water changes ...just punch in water fleas on the net see what you get , like i said that is there common name ..
