Wouldn’t add anything. Doesn’t look recoverable.

Definite signs of improvement! Where the eye was complete covered in an opaque white film, it now looks only slightly cloudy.

I'd like to continue the salt treatment for a few more days but is it safe to keep a poly in slightly saline conditions for over a week?

Great to hear! Personally would not add anymore salt once it's removed from wc's. If water is kept clean the cloudy eye should not be a issue anymore.
