Get plants that will grow on dw or rocks anubias, bolbitus, java fern stuff like that.
Did a water change and added some things
Moss ball
And Anubia and 2 other plants
2 male gups and 4 females
He’s Just hiding at the bottom in the anubia roots hope he’s not stressed...

Common pond snails / bladder snails
Are small and loved by most smaller puffers, easy to produce.
All you need is a ten gallon tank with some live plants put in a few snails and a slice of sweet potatoe you will have hundreds in a few days to couple weeks.

I was told he was still too small for any snails so I might have to wait for him to get bigger

however one question, do you have a larger tank for this little fella as he grows? Coz tank looks a bit small for a large puffer...

But I want to grow him out here first
