tiny lil frogs and love bird snails lol

on the 3rd to last picture of the snails they have there tentacles hanging out... right i dunno what that is for but every time i see my sisters apple snails do this they have egg batchs about aweek after.. but i love them african clawed frogs.. they get pretty large aswell

i have had them over a year and they do this all the time with no eggs :( im doin it wrong :/ they were alone in a ten gallon for four months with no luck.. the african clawed frogs were a problem for them, so i got the dwarf ones lnstead.. they hang out on the snails and they arent bothered at all.. any advice on breeding?
