guys wth is with the bashing and posts dripping with sacarsm. those posting crap were posting equally common threads or doing things with their gar that's far worse things then posting an ID thread...

Hey if anyone whats these gars I got them from TFD on aquabid. $5 each how can you resist. They have them labeled as marble line gar. They still have a few I believe I might buy 10 more just to sell to my LFS
 
i just picked 2 up at my lfs for $10each nt bad but he said there nt real gars that there asian marble gars but who knows they come up with all kinds of name for fishes

ya the names are funny some times. But very nice fish none the less.

good to know that tfd is ignoring the rules/regulations on gars in california and colorado...of course, they are also making up a new name for the fish, so perhaps that is more a function of legality than lack of ID skills? who knows...
