so i have a 29gal cherry shrimp tank. been setup for 6 months now. i do weekly 20% water changes. i feed veggie tabs from omega one. i feed every other day. i have lots of algae and that doesnt bug me but what bugs me are there are tons of these little white almost flea looking things inside the tank. i know its not planaria and they dont seem to be bothering the shrimp but wtf are they. i have MTS and assassin snails in there but they are not baby snails. onyone got any idea?

I would have suggested something like copepods or something similar. But after seeing that pic, looks like your shrimp bread. Congrats!

That isn't the op's picture

The little white worms in your shrimp tank are Planeria , try to get a pack of No Planeria 2 doses and 72 hours they should be gone ,unless you have sand as gravel then the Meds cants inside of sand it will not work

Is anyone reading anything in this thread??
@OP, you most likely have baby cherry shrimp or some type of copepod. If you indeed have copepods, they are more than likely harmless Cyclops sp. copepods. They can be a source of food for small creatures like your cherry shrimp.
