scrape them.. or add in heater.. and some salt..

These worms are your friend. Dont kill them. They appear when an excess of food falls between the substrate. Cut back on feeding and you should see a decrease. I had these in one of my 18G's when I was raising fry because I was feeding a lot. They should look whiteish and less then .25" long.
