Tips for an all pleco tank

So I've heard, he's got regular ones and albino's. I've never been a fan of albino anything though.

I'm not much of a fan of any of the colour mutations or long finned varieties. Heres a list of the species, some may be harder than others but if you are more into species than mutations, check it out. Ancistrus dolichopterus are one of my favourites, although are a little harder to keep/breed than other Ancistrus (more finickity with water quality). http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/genus.php?genus_id=4#221

You have 2 that will reach 14"+, 1 that is 2 foot, and one in excess of that. Not sure if 36x36x36 will be enough. Not to mention you wouldn't need all that height when you want a larger footprint.

Yea, I'm thinking the 72x36 300 gal would be the way to go.

Honestly other than your common species your fish arent going to be growing that quick, I hate to break it to you but it will take those Panaque sp. around 5 years to get any sort of decent size on them. (think 7-9 inches)

By all means if you can afford to dedicate a 6' x 3' tank to them then go for it but its not entirely necessary at this point.

No, I'll progressively increase tank sizes over time, but yea eventually they'll end up in a LARGE tank.
