I have large and small swords and never have a problem. Every now and again they become uprooted but mainly when I am cleaning the tank. The P or P's will hunker down in them and ambush, really cool to watch.

I haven't had any problems with it hurting my plants yet, but I have an algae problem. I am making a DIY CO2 after work. I am losing too much CO2 from the HOB filter. Hopefully, it will be able to be removed soon. Also, I added another dual 48" T5 HO fixture and got rid of the 32W T8.
