I was planning on adding an oscar into my 90 with some sevrums and a parrot fish (stock is still undecided). Anyways is there anything in particular I should be looking for when choosing an oscar I'm definatly going tiger or albino tiger but the ones at my lfs look pretty said actaully the best looking ones are at my petsmart, but is there anything in particular I should be looking for when choosing an oscar?

Sounds good only reason I ask is because everything I've looked at so far is just kind of dingy looking, pal, not the striping I'm looking for didn't no how drasticly it changed from juvi to adult. So basicly just pick one I like the pattern and is active and ill be good.
Thanks!

I bought my O from Petsmarts when he was about 2.5 inches now he's pushing about 8 inches and has beautiful colors. Just hold out on one that is active and colorful. That's what I did.

Pick an active Oscar with nice colors. In my experience Albino Oscars tend to be less aggressive then Tiger Oscars. Not say Albinos can't
be aggressive but on average they are more mellow. At least for me they have been.
