TIRED OF THE @#$%^!!!!

I used to say that I wanted to move and live someplace where it its hot year round but after spending just a week in Miami last year I dont know if I could stand it.The heat felt like extra weight weighing me down.

Tell me about it. Exactly how I feel. EVERYDAY.

Try heating a room when it is -25 degrees celcius outside.
It is freezing here in Canada!!!

You see the way I see it, I can only combat the heat to an extent. You can only peel off a layer of clothes before it becomes just wrong. Not to mention the "sweater" of hair this stupid family dna gave me is terrible. Now when its cold, you can just layer and layer till your good. You've seen those stupid Snuggie commercials. They are just dandy all bundled up.

lol you guys are complaining about -12F? I wonder if anyone remembers the thread where us Minnesotans were talking about it being in the -35F's. -12F is warm.

im in pa and i got on the roof superbowl sunday around 11:00am and started shoveling 5 ft of snow off the roof. i finished aound 3pm. then had the neighbor with his bobcat come down and move all the snow i threw in the driveway and btw it was 0 degrees early this morning. i could do without snow forever.

If I had 5 feet of snow on my roof I'd remove it with a head first dive. Still sounds good.

It was -2*F this morning in the suburbs of Louisvile, KY...a warm 6*F in the city! This has easily been the COLDEST winter in my life! Its just adding fuel to the fire (pun intended) to my argument to my wife to move us to Alabama or Florida ASAP!

Oh and get this, its suppose to be 68F Sunday!!

Jerp, for the record, I hate all of you in Cali. I was on the phone with a friend in LA the other day- they just had weather in the 80s. I'm freezing my nuts off, Kentucky's in a state of emergency due to the ice storm, and I would LOVE to have weather in the 80s and be near a beach.

I guess we all want what we cant have. Or can we? I once met a woman who worked a diner in Bridgeport, CA. A.K.A. the Sierra Nevadas...and she said that 6 months out of the year she lived in a nice home in Bakersfield. But then she would go work the diner and live in a mobile home for the other 6...And see this as her front yard!
