HEY GUYS! just wanted to give a special thank you to the entire MFK team that made this whole journey possible for me. I know that my whole media journey began IN THESE VERY FORUMS before youtube, facebook or any other media outlet. this is where it all began because this is the best fish website in the world :)

Also thanks to everyone on these forums that have supported me, given me sage advice about fish and just talked to me as friends. I learn something new everyday on these forums and I am humbled by your input.

YEP! i actually have 2. got them when they were about 11inches each...now they are just under 2 feet each :) they are thick as hell. I rescued them from a fish shop a long time ago and thought they wud make peaceful additions to the pond. they dont make many appearances because my tilapia bullied them. Since the tilapia was given away they have been much more confident!

They are absolutely amazing fish! they are a lot more wild than reds and golds who are over-bred for commercial purposes. therefore, they have less genetic disorders. They are really rare now and harder to find....

TLK you have inspired me on building a pond like yours for years. Just love the rtcs in there. Overhead shot makes them look HUGE!!!

Anything is possible bro. thanks for the support :D
