yeh its just crazy how fast both my TSNs have grown since i put them in the pond! plus they look so tiny at the bottom but wen they come up for air...holy...im just thinking how i could catch them in the 5 foot pond...obviously nets dont work well. if my TSN can break through then wat chance do i have with the RTCs...any suggestions???

yeh i guess but the thing about regular nets and catfish in general are that the spikes at the side of the catfish will rip the net to shreds...if not then they will probably just bash through the net as seen in the video...maybe i shud put on my swimmers and jump in with a pillowcase!

Fishing nets are not going to give to a fish that small. A pillowcase would be a step in the wrong direction as well.

yeah the best thing to do is to get a big tub and herd it into the tub to measure it/weigh it

Very nice pond you have there! Personally i would try something like the net in the link below, for sure would try one of the rubber netting ones as it would be a lot less likely to damage the fish.
