haha yer i rescued that paroon at 14'' in december of last year. hes not 26'' ++ and much more confident than before. praise massivore pellets!

Looking good. Have you replaced any of the plecs that were eaten before the move?

nah man....my RTC ate my largest plec!!! the 28'' deformed monster...i was so upset...i paid heaps for it!!! but i still have 2 large ones (22'' each) and 8 smaller ones in the pond. shud be enuf for the time being but if i find larger ones i will definitely purchase them. the plecs seem to be very safe since i started feeding the fish in the larger pond again.

Oh btw...each tile in the botom of the pond is 4'' by 4'' so u can get an idea of the size of the fish. i updated the sizes of my RTCs by counting the tiles. 44'' and 40''!

whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, 4' RTC eat 2' pleco? Hmmm, at this rate some of your pond mates are safe - it is just a matter of time - ouch. I never thought anything eat plecos but ....

Must be difficult with minimal feeding l but you have all the time (i think i have to careful with my new tank too). Follow the advise of the fish guy - he knows his magic

Mate, i keep thinking about your silver actually (and CKs) ... these are huge - granted but 4' foot RTC beast CAN have a go at them anytime - don't forget ancient fish (especially the ones you got) are very foldable...

Anyway, you got space in the pond, so hope that your monster silver is on the costant look out for RTC
