Love your pond! Your hybrids and RTCs are awesome!!! Maybe some day I'll have something similar, but for now my 90 gal will have to do.

u shud check out necrocanis's hybrid. one of the biggest ive seen.

redtailnobs is my neighbor! He's seen it up close and personal many times, and feeds it when I'm gone. lol. I would say your's will definitely outgrow mine with that much space to swim in. They all look awesome. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the update TL. Your aros in the tank are coming along nicely ^^ the green look smallish but they do grow slower. I decided against moving in my silvers into RTC set-up ... on my RTCs is quite murderous so i am waiting for the fish shop guy to build me another 8 footer for my silvers and jar ... my seven footers is getting quite crammed!

haha awesome u have too many tanks!!! its gotta be killer doing water/filter changes! yehhh my green is so small...my jar is growing nicely tho cuz hes not fussy at all. looks like i wont be able to buy new fish for a very very long time cuz the jar and silver will be stuck in the tank for a while! how bout an update on ure fish??? havent seen them in a while

im pretty scared of his major growth spurt after seeing a 5 foot paroon in a large pond. hes definitely gona become the monster of my pond if my gars dont catch up to him :s

i will do update on the asian aro tank soon. I am surprised your jar is not growing faster - mine grew super fast because of his non-picky nature. I don't do most of the water changes - my maid does ( i only do water changes when i am back home for long leave)

My outdoor set-up faired not so well this year, i lost all three monster gars in one day (biggest one was 3') ... long story and very annoying (long story short, my father decided to do something to the tank with best intentions at heart - result: very dead gars two hour later). And of course, paimas were lost at the begining of the year as well due to cold - so this is a double whammy for me
