yeh true i reckon a cat cud easily takeout my baby catfish wen they go up to the ledge!

I wouldnt be worrying about cats lol they should be worrying about the preds in the pond youll start seeing alot more lost cat posters in your neighbourhood beautiful pond and fish your one lucky SOB.

everything in my siggy. the arows in the pond will also go into the pond when they get big enough.

i was thinking that if i bought a pair of pimas...they mite be confident enuf to live with the silvers and grow with them cuz silvers r not too fierce. ive always loved the look of fully grown rays tho...but wud be almost impossible to put the rays in the pond cuz my big catfish also live at the botom of the pond :s

Be careful growing paimas with silvers.... paimas grow MUCH faster and they are really hyper and go nuts for food - they do not bully tankmates (at least mine did not)... worked out OK for me though so i guess it works ^^ the silver can be stressed out, but i suppose your silvers are 10+" so may be OK cos they are quite big already.

Yeah, ray would definitely need to be grown-out. hahahah you will need another growout tank for sure. But i do recommend rays, very cool to watch them move - ripple when they move = very hypnotic ... not sure if they will survive with something like RTC though ...
