The pond is 13,000 gallons. around 35 feet long by around 6 - 14 feet wide depending on where you are in the pond. Yeh the RTC IS HUGE. i've never weighed him before but i'm guessing he is definitely over 30kg. pacus are ridiculously heavy. they broke my net when i measured them haha.

Sweet.

I'm actually surprised that your largest Silver Aro is larger than these guys.

The big silver is a lot older than these guys though....When i got him 3.5 years ago he was already 2-3 years old...so hes almost DOUBLE their age....plus he eats A LOT MORE since he is handfed he gets PLENTY of food. the gars have to eat themselves...

love the videos. always wanted a pond that size but wont bc of location. would love to have at least one of those monsters in a fish tank sometime though. have a long ways to go to get to that point though.

there are cheaper alternatives if you really want to house some of these monsters. like LARGE fiber glass tanks measuring 8feet by 5feet by 3feet deep. That is pretty much a mini pond that cud house a few monsters for many years :)
