Also check his city laws. Here in my city if you make an online purchase then all court and filing is done thru the city here. So if he files charges then he can get court fees and ask for reimbursement of lost time to collect his money back plus the original 500 he paid. I used this once and sent them a letter telling them you pay me this in 5 days or your going to pay this in court here. Also tell them the cost of a travelling lawyer is very expensive.
