To all the rack system people

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You could cling film the tops aswell, I know a lot of people do it with the exo-terra vivs when housing juvie GTPs/ETBs etc.

yeah that's a good idea actually.. cuz you can replace and remove it and it's cheap as hell.

That screen lid, with the plexi in place, is really a nice display of glass tanks done right.

Now, what % of keepers do you think go to that length to make their glass tanks work? i would guess very few, which is the primary reason that I advocate plastic housing for beginner keepers. I admin a ball python facebook group and get questions about shedding and whatnot every day - and everyone asking keeps their snakes in glass tanks.

Nice lid, by the way.

thanks :) $50 unfinished as is, plus shipping. powdercoat is the way I'm going.. and I still have to add the latched door. ..with the door it's $100 unfinished. Don't have prices yet on the powdercoat/paint/clearcoat.. if anyone's interested let me know.

..that and I can make completely custom nameplates for your tank.. put your pet's name in metal!! ..with a graphic if you want... :)
