Found this cutie at LFS, although fins are a bit worn and freyed and only eating love food.

It's cheap and rare to get hold of here, so is it worth a risk? Are the fins something to worry about or just caused form.stress Tec?

Although how hard are they to get onto pellet or frozen food?

Thanks all

Get him eating earthworms and go from there. Shouldn't take too long to get him eating what you want. That's how I did it with mine. Kept him growing fast and never had to starve him to switch him on to shrimp and tilapia.

buy that **** it is unique as hell with those stripes looks awesome. Also if you have other fish in the tank eating shrimp tilapia (pellets hardest for me to get dats to take) you should be fine. Your should definitely get it . If it was local in Los Angeles I would ask the shop and post an update pic while you are still thinking about getting it lol.

Now in a qt tank, seems very lethargic hopefully be okay. Is tiny, only 2/3 inch lol can't remember last time I bought / owned such a tiny fish

Anyone know this ones max size? I'm no good with dats
